I am passionate about providing a safe, nonjudgmental space to support clients as they navigate their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. My first and foremost goal is to ensure that clients feel heard, respected, and understood. I offer individual counseling for adults and adolescents dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress, anger, reactivity, and relationship challenges. I also help clients explore identity development, build self-esteem, and pursue personal growth. I am a licensed Associate Professional Counselor (APC) working under the supervision of Caitlin Gilham, LPC, CPCS.
