You're not sure what's wrong, but you're sure you want it to go away. And you know I will tell you that it is not about these feelings going away, it's about accepting and hearing them, but a part of you still wants it to go away. I've been there. I work with people who have learned to shut themselves down and manage their problems on their own to survive. I offer a warm and actively engaged manner to help you understand what's going on, and to process those big feelings and your life experiences, except this time, doing it together. In the safety of this space, I aim for you to feel supported and challenged towards your goals.
