I have been licensed as an LMFT in California since 2005. I am also licensed in Missouri and Utah. I founded a non-profit community mental health agency and am a co-founder of Mending Trauma, a holistic mental health company that specializes in trauma recovery using a whole-health approach via a telehealth platform. My specialty is trauma and I have worked with mass trauma, individual trauma, PTSD, cPTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, chronic pain and other diagnosis that have trauma as a common underlying condition.
