Hello! There is a lot of change throughout childhood, adolescence, and early adulthood. I strive to build a trusting and creative environment for clients (ages 3 +) to express their thoughts and feelings. I utilize an attachment-based, trauma-informed, and family systems perspective when counseling clients. I am passionate about fostering resilience and providing a client-centered space where clients can receive support regarding anxiety, depression, ADHD, traumatic experiences, grief, and cross-cultural and adoption-related issues.
