Life can get really tough sometimes and I think we all need a place to come and just BE REAL with another person. Vent feelings, share thoughts that one is not really comfortable sharing with close friends and family, just lay it all out however messy. ABOUT ME: I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both California and New York with over 15 years in the field. I got my Masters degree in Integral Counseling Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies in San Francisco, CA in 2008. My areas of study was Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and Creative Arts Therapy. I believe that finding the right match with a therapist is crucial. It’s like dating, you have to keep looking until you find some chemistry, a click, and feel like the person really gets you. I work primarily with individuals and unfortunately am not accepting couples into my practice at this time.
