I have been married to my best friend for 40 years and have been blessed with two children (a son and daughter) and two wonderful grandchildren. Since 1989 I have worked throughout the tristate area as a counselor. After many years of working as a life coach and spiritual counselor, I attained a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked extensively in the criminal justice system with adults and troubled youth. I specialize in individual/couples therapy as well as addiction, PTSD, anxiety related illnesses and depression. I have learned that every client makes sense if their backstory is understood.
