Hello, I am Leonard Uchendu, a LCSW in the State of MI. I have 12 years of experience using CBT in treatment focusing on Mood, Affect, self-regulation and cognitive reframing. I help clients develop resilience, psychological and cognitive flexibility to function optimally. I work with formerly incarcerated clients and several clients from underserved communities. I help them address their wide range issues such as trauma, stress, complicated grief, Anxiety, anger, depression life transition, compulsive impulsivity, chronic disease, physical pain, addiction issues, suicide thoughts, relationship issues and sexual behavior problems.
