Hello and welcome! I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have clinical experience in various mental health settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I am here to support, guide and provide you with the tools necessary to overcome stresses and obstacles encountered in life. I am also here to celebrate life achievements and milestones. I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment that encourages change and growth. I will work with you to awaken and recognize the strengths you possess by unlearning negative thought patterns.
