As a licensed therapist, I help individuals and couples who feel stuck—whether in grief, life transitions, difficult relationships, or patterns that no longer serve them. Together, we’ll make space to explore how past experiences shape the present and uncover new pathways forward. My goal is to help you move from insight to action—building tools that foster resilience, motivation, and lasting change. Therapy with me is a collaborative and empowering process. I draw from a flexible, trauma-informed approach that blends insight-oriented psychodynamic therapy with cognitive-behavioral techniques. I’m also a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician, with a deep understanding of relational trauma and recovery.
