I am a NYC based psychotherapist who specializes in helping teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, complex trauma, attachment, sleep, identity, artistic/career blocks, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault, within LGBTQ+ and kink communities, and with neurodiverse clients. I adapt evidence-based therapy techniques for individual needs, including DBT mindfulness and distress tolerance skills, ACT, psychoanalysis, and arts therapies.
