Sometimes, the challenges we encounter can become overwhelming and we may need help to get through them. And sometimes talking to someone who understands what you’re going through and speaks your language can make all the difference. My name is Les, and I'm a clinical psychologist and military veteran with specializations in the treatment of addictive disorders, trauma, anxiety and depression-related disorders, and military psychology.
