I provide therapy for children (ages 6 and up), adolescents & adults who are ready to move beyond coping and toward meaningful, sustainable change. Many of my clients feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or burdened by shame, perfectionism or self-doubt & are looking for support that goes deeper than symptom management. Clients often describe me as warm, grounded & perceptive. I’m known for creating a space that feels safe, thoughtful & collaborative, while also offering gentle challenge & clear therapeutic direction. Some have referred to me as “a therapist’s therapist” for my ability to hold complexity & guide the work with clarity.
