I strongly believe in a person-centered approach where the client drives the sessions. You are the one that knows yourself the best and I am here to help facilitate that journey into better understanding the hurdles of whatever season you are in. I value everyone’s unique story and experience and I will link it to the therapeutic approach that best fits the person and situation. I hope to supply the client with better understanding and aid in finding the strength they did not know they had. I value and appreciate the opportunity to join in your journey to better understanding and release of whatever is holding you back. I have worked in community mental health, private practices, domestic violence shelters and inner-city school systems. I have a passion to help teens and adults with overcoming challenging times in their lives. Everyone has difficult seasons in their lives that may push them to seek out counseling and I would be honored to help you through that season.
