Walking alongside my clients for more than two decades has been both an honor and a privilege. This life can be challenging and overwhelming at times. As we navigate through this journey, we all move through seasons when help, support, hope and healing are especially needed. I recognize we all have different backgrounds, strengths, challenges and situations. My goal as a clinician is to provide a safe, supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgemental space where we can explore your concerns as a team. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches and modalities based on each client’s individual needs.
