Stressed? Burned out? Life feeling mundane? It's time to get our of your head and back into your body! I use a holistic, mind-body-spirit approach to my therapy and coaching. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you create new pathways for growth, meaning, self-compassion, and a better understanding of your life experience. I believe we all possess the strength to overcome life's challenges, but often we need extra guidance, support and new "tools" to get to a more fulfilling place. I am also a breathwork practitioner, and bring in this powerful practice in group and 1:1 settings to help with emotional release.
