As a Master's level clinician, I have 19 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in getting clients from where they are to where they want to be. I treat children, adolescents, couples and families. My areas of specialty include, but are not limited to: Depression, anxiety, behavioral issues, ADD/ADHD, relationship issues, life transition issues, impulse control disorders, anger management, chronic pain, illness and military/veteran's issues. I believe that the mind and body are closely connected.I encourage clients to use the wisdom contained in their bodily reactions to their feelings in order to increase their self-awareness and, hence, work to manage their behavior and emotions.
