Be curious about yourself, feel your feelings and discover new and/or different ways to be. Through gentle cooperative, collaboration this process called the therapeutic relationship can lead you to change, self-discovery, being heard & finding joy. In the past 20+ years I have provided evidence based, attachment based therapies to my clients. This allows for personal growth in the areas they wish to address. I have trained in methods to assist my clients in assessing their needs and goals and collaborating with their needs to achieve the change they desire. Relational work with others is very powerful.
