I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Columbus, Indiana, and I provide services throughout the state via telehealth. I enjoy providing a soft place to land for children, adolescents, adults, and their families. I work with my clients on healing from anxiety, depression, and trauma through the use of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy.
