Welcome. I have 25 years of social work practice experience in a variety of both clinical and school settings. My goal is to create a warm and non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe and express their thoughts and feelings openly in order to improve their coping and functioning. I practices an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from various therapeutic models and evidence-based interventions to meet my clients unique needs. I believe strongly in the importance of tailoring my approach to each client's therapeutic goals.
