With 30 years of experience, I provide an interactive approach to Individual Psychotherapy and Couples Counseling in a supportive and accepting environment. I help people explore and understand the underlying issues and obstacles to desired goals, toward increased happiness, empowerment/self-esteem, and healthier relationships. In Couples Counseling I help married and unmarried, gay and straight couples integrate greater communication, respect, and intimacy toward enriching lives together. Historical/familial relationships, as well as present day interactions, are understood in relation to the effect they have on life choices. Currently in Private Practice in Croton-on-Hudson, and previously in practice in Westchester County and in Manhattan.
