My ideal client is someone who wants to feel normal in their own skin and understood without having to translate themselves. They may be neurodiverse or still figuring that out. They might wrestle with anxiety, sensory overload, emotional intensity, or a sense of being out of step with the world. They want clarity, validation, and real tools that work for their brain and their life. I work with teens and adults 14 and up, creating a space where they can be fully themselves while we build insight, skills, and confidence together.
