As a counselor with Woodlake Recovery Center and Integrated Wellness Clinic, I help individuals who struggle with mental health concerns, co-occurring disorders, and a variety of difficulties that have made dealing with daily life seem strenuous. I utilize a holistic approach connecting the mind and body throughout an individualistic healing process. Difficult consequences may be present, or family and friends have become nonexistent with limited support. My passion is providing counseling that gets to the root of problem areas and determine ways to therapeutically work through them to improve lives.
