My ideal client is one who values connection and direct communication. I've worked with a lot of folks who have left previous therapeutic relationships because the communication was off - either too much or too little from their therapist. I appreciate a client who can speak to what works for them and what doesn't. While I enjoy working with people of all kinds, I have a special interest in supporting female-identified people with life stages, parenthood, and intergenerational dynamics.
