I understand how being non-judgemental and supportive can assist the client in having a safe space for them to explore their emotions. I understand how difficult it can be to seek out help and believe no matter the case, all clients are brave. I believe that not only do my clients learn from me, I also learn from them. At the end of the day, I believe that my clients are the drivers and I am the navigator, I am here to help them get to their destination at their pace. I mainly work with Personality disorders, trauma, self-harm, suicidality, mood disorders, self-direction, and behavior disorders. I have extensive experience working with mental health crises, from working on a Crisis Team for 5 years pre-graduation. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA+ community. My theoretical approach is eclectic and holistic. I work with a variety of ages starting from 6 years old to 65 years old.
