I have been counseling in higher education for nearly thirty years and in private practice for over ten years. Thus, my experience has afforded me the opportunity to work with a variety of individuals and issues: I counsel clients ranging in age from 16 to 75, from various religions, genders, sexual orientations and ethnicities. I am culturally sensitive and respect diversity. Such exposure has aided me in recognizing the uniqueness in all individuals & understanding we are all the authors and pilots of our own life. You can expect a relaxed, welcoming space where you can simply be yourself. I’m easy to talk to, approachable, and genuinely interested in understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing your concerns, your goals, and what you need to feel supported.
