With this in mind, I have dedicated over 20 years to working with individuals through collaborative, relational, solution focused, culturally-informed psychotherapy. I can help support you while you incorporate skills within your life, and gain support in therapy. My areas of focus are rooted in healing the effects of complex childhood family dynamics, addressing lifestyle factors that contribute to anxiety and contemporary stressors. My study and practice also include work with neurodivergence, giftedness and the management of ADHD.
