Whether you’re healing from trauma, navigating anxiety, struggling with self-worth, or feeling disconnected from yourself or others, you don’t have to do it alone. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering, and I’ll meet you with care, respect, and curiosity each step of the way. I specialize in trauma-focused care and work with individuals who may feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, emotional shutdown, or persistent stress responses that don’t always make sense on the surface. My approach integrates EMDR, polyvagal-informed somatic therapy, CBT and IFS to support deep healing. Together, we’ll work to understand how your nervous system has adapted to past experiences, gently process what’s been held inside for too long, and build skills for emotional regulation, resilience, and healthy coping.
