Welcome to my practice. I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist who focuses on my clients’ feelings, thoughts, and behaviors within a warm, accepting, safe environment. I treat individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, as well as life transitions, and relationship issues. I believe that change occurs when you are able to talk through your struggles with an empathetic listener and work together to reach your goals.
