I enjoy working with adolescents and adults, but also have experience working with children as well. I consider myself a trauma therapist with training in numerous modalities over the past 19 years. I enjoy working with parents, assisting with parenting struggles, and helping families identify solutions to their identified problem areas. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment and grief, ADHD and disruptive behavior disorders, and using motivational interviewing to encourage healthy sleep habits and routine. I enjoy teaching boundaries and communication skills to help improve relationships of all types.
