I will assist your in gaining insight with the goal of breaking dysfunctional patterns of behavior and interaction in your day to day relationships. I will help you to better regulate your emotions and to cope with stressful situations. We will focus on your strengths as well as your challenges as you learn more about yourself in order that you can become the person you were meant to be.
