I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor in the state of Connecticut. I have worked in various clinical settings including but not limited to in-home, community, private practice and outpatient settings. As a Counselor, I have several years of experience providing counseling services to individuals with varying ages and diagnoses. I mainly specialize in Trauma processing, Grief processing, Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Self-esteem concerns, and Relationship issues. I would describe my practice as one that is built upon the belief that people begin to heal at the moment, they feel heard.
