I utilize mind/body/spirit integrative therapies including Compassion Focused therapy, Yoga & Reiki to assist individuals, partners and families experiencing life transitions, grief & loss and unhealthy generational patterns. Together we identify and build upon core beliefs & existing strengths. Through this process self-limiting beliefs shift to self-enhancing beliefs.
