I am passionate for helping others navigate life’s challenges — from relationship conflict and life transitions to anxiety, self esteem, and emotional stress. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, ages, and experiences, and I’m dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space for growth and healing. In my work, I draw from systems-based, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approaches, helping clients identify strengths, build communication skills, and deepen relationships.
