All things are possible! When feeling distressed you need someone who can objectively lead you through the obstacles that keep you stuck in a life of fear or hopelessness. My role is to provide the therapeutic skills to help you understand and resolve your problems and achieve optimal mental health and joy. I specialize in trauma, unresolved relational issues, mood, anxiety and obsessive disorders as well as recovery issues. I have the following specialties which I employ in my practice, as appropriate, in addition to contemporary modes of therapy: 1) Certification in EMDR (emdr.com), 2) Ego State Psychotherapy, 3) Relationship Enhancement (for couples) (nire.org), 4) Certification in Gerontology (for the elderly), and 5) Spiritual issues.
