I am originally from Mexico and have a strong academic and cultural background in psychology, including a Master’s degree in Couples Therapy. My clinical approach is grounded in Narrative Therapy and Family Systems, allowing me to help clients understand their stories, relationships, and patterns with greater clarity and compassion. My goal is to provide a supportive, culturally sensitive space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and equipped to create meaningful change.
