These uncertain times can stir up a lot inside of us, and cause us to disconnect from our lives and the people we love, leaving us feeling unsettled, anxious, and lost. Our visits will be a safe space for self-exploration, healing, and personal growth. My strength-based, trauma-informed practice draws primarily from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness practices, and internal family systems. Together, we can explore who you truly are, define your values and goals, and navigate how to integrate and embody what you discover.
