Because a written bio can’t capture the full experience of therapy, I offer 45-minute consultations to help potential clients get a clearer sense of how working with me feels. I want you to take the time to determine if my office is a place you feel understood and secure. I hold a BA from Stanford University and an MSW from Columbia University. I work with many driven, high-achieving clients — tech professionals, attorneys, and others — who are dedicated to their work but struggle with patterns of behavior or emotional states that cause significant distress. I help clients better understand and respond to experiences (past and present) that cause suffering and limit growth.
