Hey everyone! My name is Lexi. In counseling, my goal is to create a space where my clients feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Therefore, I enjoy using a person-centered approach where the client decides the path of treatment. I believe everyone comes into counseling with strengths already available to them. My role is to help my clients access those and build upon those strengths. I work with a variety of ages but find a unique passion for adolescents, young adults, and anyone wrestling with anxiety, relationships, depression, PTSD, OCD, and trauma. Those who know me describe me as warm, empathetic, and centered. I believe it is important to bring my authentic self to the counseling relationship in order to build trust with my clients.
