My particular calling in this work is people struggling with trauma. I specialize in C-PTSD, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, & spiritual/religious trauma. I approach therapy from a relational, psychodynamic model, meaning the relationship between client and therapist can be a healing vessel in your therapeutic process. I pull from attachment theory, neuroscience, somatic approaches, and utilize EMDR very often in my work. My therapeutic approach also draws from my personality, which integrates humor, playfulness, and authenticity. I am now licensed in both California and Washington and am accepting WA & CA clients virtually. In my work with clients, I have focused on unresolved grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, abuse and trauma, issues with spirituality, mind/body connection, perinatal issues, and relationship concerns. I'm active in session and believe that we all have an inherent desire to heal and grow.
