Hi there, I'm so happy you're here! I am a neurodivergent psychotherapist with a lot of passion for helping others on their path to exploring and accepting their truest selves. I have vast experience providing support to those of all ages and backgrounds and mental health happens to be one of my special interests. I have a neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma-informed approach to therapy and would love to be of support to anyone embarking on their journey to figure out who they truly are. I specialize in a couple different areas-grief and loss, as I spent a couple years working for hospice and palliative care and then as a bereavement counselor. I also have done research and training on complex-PTSD and processing unresolved trauma, as well as on neurodevelopmental differences like ADHD and ASD and how those show up for each individual.
