You deserve a safe, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic space to work through the many hardships experienced in life. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist that assists children & adolescents, couples, and families achieve their personal and relational goals. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Johnson & Wales University in 2020. I continued my education and received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a focus on couples and family therapy from the University of Northern Colorado in 2023. I use a systems approach which brings the communities you are a part of, your individual experience, and the identities that you hold into the process of therapy. My goal is to help clients recognize the strength and wisdom they have and provide new insight on how to create and maintain more fulfilling connections within their lives.
