I specialize in empowering adolescents and adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, navigating adoption, spirituality exploration and relationship issues. I incorporate techniques from DBT, CBT, narrative therapy, trauma focused techniques and Christian counseling. With experience across diverse populations, I bring an inclusive lens into the therapeutic space.
