Hola! My name is Lhia Rivero. My first language is Spanish. Have you been feeling lost or overwhelmed and don't know how to move forward? I'm here to listen and help! I have been in the mental health field for several years, which has helped me obtain experience in crisis response and stabilization, partial care, in-home and outpatient therapy. I have worked with children from 4years old up to 21, as well as adults over 21. My experience is based mainly in assistance with managing Depression, Anxiety and history of Trauma.
