Aloha. I’m Li, a relational psychotherapist based on Maui. I work with individuals, partners, and families who want to move beyond survival patterns into lives of deeper connection, purpose, and joy. I specialize in healing early attachment wounds, navigating intimacy blocks, and healing and integrating parts of self using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and a trauma-informed lens. I create a safe space with warmth and depth where clients can reconnect with their inner wisdom, learn to trust their instincts, and love from wholeness.
