Welcome! My work focuses on executive dysfunction, trauma, and grief, ages 13 & up. We may navigate the stressors, resources, struggles, and strengths you are exposed to but not aware of. We may brainstorm ways to change our environment or ourselves. Most of the time we know what we desire to do, but we find ourselves engaged in things not aligned with our values. It is about how to trick or train our brain to embrace the discomfort and live the way we want. So we may explore the emotions, thoughts, and behavior patterns that sabotage. At the end of the day, it is peacefulness and playfulness that matter.
