I work with outdoor athletes who want to break free from disordered eating and build more compassionate, sustainable relationships with food and their bodies. If you’re struggling with food rules, body image, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we can work together to find what food freedom and body trust look like for you. Our work explores the roots beneath behaviors, exploring, processing, and releasing the burdens of trauma, perfectionism, or sociocultural pressure. My approach is holistic, embodied, and both gentle and direct, supporting regulation, reconnection, and healing through a path grounded in self-compassion. I'm a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor and trained in nature-based parts work, ketamine assisted therapy, brainspotting and rock climbing therapy. I integrate insight-based talk therapy with body-based experiential work in both office and outdoor settings.
