I work with clients of all ages, and I have considerable past experience with children, adolescents, and young adults. The main mental health needs I work with are anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and grief. I am here to support people in becoming their ideal selves, which involves truly evaluating our relationship with our self, our relationships with others, and balancing our ability for acceptance and change. There is no "arrival" at “wholeness”, but rather strengthening ourselves to both survive the hard and seek fulfillment.
