I am a firm believer in the human capacity for resilience, growth, and transformative healing. However, I also believe we need authentic and deep connection to overcome our greatest struggles and reach our highest potential. I am passionate about creating safe and nurturing spaces to explore all aspects of what it means to be human. My approach is largely based in person-centered therapy, but I draw from several other theoretical orientations, including narrative therapy, depth psychology, and solution-focused therapy. I believe it's vital for counselor and client to collaborate to find a modality that suits each unique individual.
