As human beings, our lived experiences are often stressful, anxiety producing, and at times traumatic. As a psychotherapist who has been practicing for 20 years, my goal is to create nurturing environments where individuals can process thoughts and feelings, gain new insights, and work to develop more productive ways of coping with their lives and relationships.
