I have experince in working with trauma, relationships, and neurodivergent individuals. I also incorporate other trauma-informed approaches such as emotion regulation, addiction and shame cycles, and re-parenting to process trauma and learn new ways of being. I want all my clients to leave my office feeling more understood and closer to finding more hope, peace, and healing in their lives. My goal is to provide a safe space to talk about thoughts or emotions that feel shameful, and work towards more self-acceptance and love. I hold a Master of Science in Professional Counseling degree from Grand Canyon University and have clinical training in somatic parts work.
